You have an address. Ask the post office, or look at literally any piece of mail that comes to your place.

how do service people come to your place now, ie. what does the man who delivers the soft water find your place, what would you report as your address if you were reporting a crime being done
there are places that have no physical address and the mail they receive is delivered to the local post office and they have a box number, but these people do have services delivered to them somehow

You write: 1234 John Street W.
Anytown, NY. US.
0000

ask at your post office what you should use.

Address it the same as you would your other mail. The post office is the only entity that needs to know where you live.

Certainly you have other mail delivered to your address.
Look at it and see what it says, then copy that.

You should have a normal street address.
