so this year sucked so bad as i only showed up to science on the first day adn we're about 3 months in now so im just going to quit because its practically impossible and for english i havent handed any work as someone keeps stilling my binder (on my 7th one) and havent had a test yet (missed about 2-4 weeks of that class idk if we had a test yet tho) and my other classes are fine... so my question is WILL i have to retake all these classes next year or is there a credit recovery course i can get into because a few of my friends are in one for not showing up at all last year so im curious + i can only take one class at summer school which im going for math

what will happen if i fail these classes?

These classes are required for you to graduate, so yes, you have to retake them.
Most school systems require 2/3 years of math to graduate, and 2/3 years of science, so it may be that you have time to fit those extra classes in. But because most school systems require four years of English in order to graduate, you'll either have to take English over a summer school, or, if this is even possible, to double up somehow on English in a future year. That, or graduate late. You and your parents need to talk to guidance about this immediately, because it may actually be more important for you to take English this summer than the math you're planning on.
