請問香港住宅加租是否有定百份比，即如果我租金是8500一个月，租約期滿，業主可加租多少?

There is no rent control law in Hong Kong.
Unless the rent increase/decrease has been specified in the lease signed, there is nothing preventing the landlord from increasing/decreasing the rent, as well as the amount involved.
