On my laptop on/ off blue switch keeps blinking and so does the blue and orange battery lights are blinking why?

pls read manual. without knowing your exact model number, i'd guess that the battery needs replacing. they only last about three years in normal use.

That would depend on which laptop it is, and what is causing the lights to blink.

With no details of make model or operating system we are just guessing. Either contact the manufacturer support or take it to a workshop
