Surrendered my kitten... Get her back?

I surrendered my kitten on the 3rd of this month, 2 days ago, to a vet. The reason in doing so is because I didnt have the full amount of money needed to treat him and he was getting worse by the hours. I couldn't wait to get more money and have him die in my home. He got bit by a dog on his leg, got dislocated and his leg seemed to no longer be circulating blood causing it to smell bad. I was going to put him down and he was in a lot of pain and all the organizations I reached out to were low on funds to help me pay. I tried to find help and raised money. I really tried to hhelp my baby. Is there any chance at all of me being able to get him back? I signed a form and they told me he was going to be put out in adoption through an organization who was paying for his treatment. Would it be possible to adopt him back from them?

1) you can't afford to care for it
2) you have a vicious dog in your home
3) you left this poor horribly injured kitten SUFFERING. A wound doesn't "smell bad" unless it's been left to fester and get infected. WTF is wrong with you?
3) you signed it over and waived all rights to it.
Odds are this kitten has been put down. I do hope they got your info and are reporting you to animal control for FELONY ANIMAL NEGLECT. Who the hell leaves a kitten injured like that? You are DISGUSTING and should be arrested! Get the eff over yourself, a$$hole!

It is no longer your kitten. It belongs to the vet. If it wasn't euthanized, then the organization the vet gave it to has ownership. And no, they won't give it back to you. You had no money to pay for vet care, you allowed it to get attacked by a dog, and delayed vet care for it. Why would they give it back?

Sorry no. You surrendered your kitten. You gave up all rights to the kitten. The kitten will be rehomed to someone that can afford its care.

You were too cheap to pay for vet care so you dumped the act. The cat was put down so you can't have it back any way, you cared so little for it you allowed it to suffer horribly.
