Molar mass of Na⁺ = 23 g/mol
Number of moles of Na⁺ = (46 g) / (23 g/mol) = 2 mol

Each Na⁺ carry 1 positive charge.
Number of moles of positive charge = (2 mol) × 1 = 2 mol

1 mole of charge equals to 1 F (faraday)
Amount of charge in F = (2 mol) × (1 F/mol) = 2 F

1 F = 96500 C.
Amount of charge in C (coulomb) = (2 F) × (96500 C/F) = 193000 C

46g X (1 mole / 23 g) X ( 6.022x10^23 +charges / mole) X ....
I could finish, but you need to do something ... Find the number of charges (maybe given as electrons in your book but ir does not matter) needed per coulomb and use it as a factor to cancel +charges .. then use a calculator, and you have the answer.
