I m booking a hotel room for a stay out of town. My usual hotel doesn t have a room available so I went to the next one with high ratings/best accommodations.
However the rooms Available is described as Queen Size Studio Suite?
What is a Studio Suite? Ex. Queen Size Studio Suite (Hotel Room)?

That description will mean different things for different hotels - no way to tell you exactly without knowing where you are staying.
A Studio means that everything is contained in one room. Queen Size is the bed size. Suite usually means that there is some sort of a defined/separate living/dining/kitchenette area. Beyond that, you figure it out.

That could mean different things at different hotels. There is no standard meaning to "studio suite." The hotel should have a description of the room on the website, or you can always call the hotel and ask.

These days doesn't mean much-- a suite these days may still appear to be one big room, perhaps with a couch or the bathroom could be in the middle or there could be a sort of "living room" area somewhat separate from the bed. But most- just a larger room usually or has more places to sit.
