My school is a high building so I have to walk up like litterally 14 flights of stairs to where it hurts twice everyday (not counting weekends). Plus I run for bus a lot and I walk home usually from school (20 minute walk).
Is this a good workout? Or is it not enough because I wanna loose a little weight. I'm already skinny but I wanna maintain this or even loose some weight. (I'm slim but I wouldn't mind being a little smaller unless I'm under weight. Btw I'm 5'5 and 130 lbs AND IM A GIRL. (15)
