I am a Taiwanese and an English learner. I can understand the above Chinese sentence, which is done by Google translation; I wouldn’t say it is a well-written Chinese sentences, though, I must admit Google Translation is a good translator, better than the “Word(Microsoft)”.
Explanation is as follows.
1. 我在乎你 – sentence itself is fine, but doesn’t match with the immediate sentence: 比你关心我. So this sentence should be revised to “我关心你”
2. 比你关心我 – “還高” is needed to put at the end of this sentence. For one reason that I suggest to add “還高” – means higher or than, at the end of this sentence or put “還” between “你” and “关”,is to match the original English sentence Oldprof submitted, another reason is without this adding then this Chinese sentence sound improper or lack full meaning.
3.但我还是不能放手 – understandable translation Google, but “放手” sometimes just means lose your hand. And at sometime, it’s a reprimand. For example, a boy grasp a girl hand without her consent or in a rude way, she might yell back by saying “放手”. So better translation would be “但我还是不願放棄”. "放棄" means give up.
4. Is it sad?: 不可悲吗?- fine translation
5. 我只能想像你在我面前的感受 – good translation done by Google from the original sentence: I can only imagine your feelings in front of me.
Problem might be, I am an English learner, I might not have the
ability to catch the true feeling of this English sentence. What I
want to say is, in this Chinese sentence “在我面前的” is not
needed to make sentence clear in meaning. In my opinion, we can
have a feeling even without seeing anyone or anything.
Oh, back to the context, “Is it possible to learn how to write fluent Chinese within 3 months?”
My opinion is: it is impossible, even a child who is born in a bilingual
family.
For example, I have learned English for decades, but I still can’t have the ability to listen to a normal speech like TED, not to mention a broadcast from CNN. And I know my English writing is still poor. But I’m asure you, if you (Native English speaker for teenagers or so) want to learn Chinese, you’ll find Chinese is a more difficult language than English. One reason is,English have only 26 alphabets; we Chinese have countless words, and you need to learn how to write each word before you can read and pronounce. And more is, in most situation, you can’t pronounce a word from it appearance. If there is a Chinese word, I can’t recognize, sometimes I can guess its pronunciation, but not always succeed. In English, I know you have no problem to pronounce a word you don’t recognize it.
Ok, writing practice is done. Besides hope you can understand my poor writing, hope it might help you understand a little about Chinese.

03 months, may be not to the fluent level, but to an advanced level
if you would like to learn it effectively and use it fluently, befriend Chinese speakers or live within their community, learn as much vocabulary, use them instead of your own, and ask for correction, for writings, focus on it, specify 2 hours or more daily with Chinese natives or instructor, then you'll enhance to a good level.
Chinese people are so friendly

The Google translation is:

I care about you, care for me than you, but I still can not let go. Is it sad? I can only imagine your feelings in front of me.
