The balanced equation for the reaction :
H₂SO₄ + 2NH₃ → (NH₄)₂SO₄

Molar mass of NH₃ = (14.0 + 1.0×3) g/mol = 17.0 g/mol
No. of moles of NH₃ reacted = (5.00 g) / (17.0 g/mol) = 5/17 g/mol

Mole ratio NH₃ : (NH₄)₂SO₄ = 2 : 1
No. of moles of (NH₄)₂SO₄ produced = (5/17 mol) × (1/2) = 5/34 mol

Molar mass of (NH₄)₂SO₄ = (14.0×2 + 1.0×8 + 32.1 + 16.0×4) g/mol = 132.1 g/mol
Mass of (NH₄)₂SO₄ produced = (5/34 mol) × (132.1 g/mol) = 19.4 g
