sweat,exercise,laugh, smile, hot bath, get in to the bright sun, sleep, go to forest.
table tennis, or some kind of vigiourise activity

do something physical. Was the car, mow the lawn, take the dog (or yourself) for a walk. If the weather's bad, wash the dishes and vacuum / mop the floor or clean the windows. TV and reading aren't very helpful; physical is.
Smoke, talk to a therapist, go for a walk, workout
Well you can talk to a person close to you or keep a journal and write down your thoughts and feelings. watch a funny TV Show, eat your favorite food, play with animals. :)

Take a bath with cold water kiss somebody and start a fight
when im depressed (which is often) i call my boyfriend/other friends,,, or my parents, talk to them, and when i cant, i watch youtube
