Is this herpes?

Im 16... not sexually active or kissing anyone. I have this weird bump that i though was a pimple at first. It has this odd slightly rough texture with not really any pain. Ill upload a picture of my lips and my nose... i have this thing on my nose too but i also thought that was a pinple. I dont anyone with an open sore that i know of. Its hard to see in the picture but im just curios. Please dont comment im gross or anything. Thanks!!!(: (btw It may be more red in person...the picture didnt pick up all of it)
