I always participate in raffles on Youtube. Computer parts raffle in particular.I'm 17 years old will turn 18 this coming July 2017. I live in the Philippines and some of the raffles I'm participating is in USA/EU region. I want to know if I can claim IF I won a prize or If my parents and/or guardians can claim it for me. Thanks!

Read their terms and conditions...including if they send the 'prize' outside of the country and you are aware you will have to pay customs duty if they are arriving from elsewhere in the world

No. And no, your parents cannot claim if for you. If you enter the raffle, being underage is automatic forfeit

It depends on the age limit on that specific raffle. If you are under 18 you cannot claim it and the prize will go to another winner. Remember, you need to show a governmennt issued ID with the name matching the name you entered with in order to win. They will see you are under 18 and you forfeit the prize
So if it says you have to be 18 to win then wait until you turn 18

If you won a raffle on the internet, it may be a scam. Be careful.
