without bleach? ain't possible, and even with bleach you'd spend so much on bleaching products & toners & hair colour that I seriously recommend that you get a good quality wig, and use it, if only because it's nigh impossible to go from warm, reddish toned hair to light blonde (orange is what you will get), at least without ruining the hair follicles
