There are 5 numbers that are multiples of 15: 15, 30, 45, 60, 75. Thus the probability is

well, you know that the odds are going to be slightly worse than 1 in 15 because 15 divided by 80 will have a remainder. only one of those options is smaller than 1 in 15.

Well,

the favourable events are 15, 30, 45, 60, and 75
among 80 possible events,
so
P( Chip is a multiple of 15 ) = 5/80 = 5 * 1/(5 * 16) = 1/16
