Phone anxiety - I need to call Hair Salon what do I say?

I have the same problem... but it's okay to feel that way, you just need to face your fears and DO IT!
What always helps me when I get nervous to talk whether it be on the phone, in person, etc is the fact that in a couple days the people won't even remember what you said so why should you worry so much? Take deep breaths if it helps before you call and pick up the phone and dial in the number here's what you possibly could say:

"Hello. I was wondering if I was able to get a appointment for Thursday to get my hair colored?"

DONE. see easy now .breathe. everything's gonna be alright.
You could also use the same method above but talk to them face to face if it's easier for you to do.

Well don't cuss when u talk to them they will think u are being rude. Just make an appointment and when u show up to it politely tell them what you want done to your hair. Don't stress it will be okay.

Don't swear at them, ask for a consultation with a colourist. When you get to your appointment tell them what you want to do with your hair.

write down what you want to say then , call them

"Hi, do you have any available appointments for a colour this thursday?"

"Hi, do you have any appointments available Thursday for a hair colour?"

People are rude. Everyone needs help sometimes. Don't listen to the rude answers. They need attention.

You just ask.

Just go into the hair salon and ask them there.

Or if u can't do that then..

Ring them and say something along the lines of "Hi there, do you have any hair colouring appointments available for this Thursday?"

They should respond and ask u for a time if they do.
Then u just say it preferred time that u want and then it's all done! Should take about a minute. If they don't have a time or space available I'm sure they'll just tell you and you would have to say something like "oh okay are there any other times available?" Etc. Hope I helped! :)

Hi, I would like to schedule an appointment for a full color on virgin hair (if you have not dyed it before) or on previously colored hair or if you want an ombre state that. They may ask questions, like have you dyed your hair, how long is your hair etc.. Then you can ask how much would that be and how long is the appointment block? If you need to know in advance. If your getting your hair bleached to get it lighten, don't wash your hair.

Do it almost mindlessly, I also have anxiety so I know how you feel, but whenever it comes to talking on the phone, I don't even think about it, I just do it:) Say, "Hi, I would like to schedule an appointment to dye my hair." They'll ask when, you say for example, "On Saturday, what times are you free?" They might say how is 2:00? Then you can say, "That would be great, thank you!" Easy peasy:)

I know how you fell I like to write it down and just read it like your not even talking to them .
