Oh, I use Google to help me guess the original sentence, and it might be “It really works rightly”. If this is the sentence you pasted into Google software, then the correct translation should be “它真的能把(翻译)工作作的很正确”.
3.“您能理解我的中文文字吗” is a fine sentence, good job done by Google or some software.
