How can I tell someone I don't want to be friends anymore?

There was this girl who I liked and we became really good friends but she is now doing cocaine and I want to stop being friends and I'm too afraid to say it in person so I want to say it in text so what should I do?

tell her how you feel and keep your distance away from her.

Say nothing. Stop being in contact. If she tries to contact you be polite but be too busy to get together. This person has to experience the loss to see what they are losing by doing drugs

Don't text that, you don't need to worry about actually, the more drugs become a part of their lives, and it does so fairly quickly. The more they start hanging with the people who d that stuff and the less they start hanging with their old friends. Of course there is that overlap period which usually at some point involves trying to get you to try or hitting you up for money. But the separation happens naturally.

I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION. Honestly, just bring up the fact that you're worried about them and that they're starting to get into things that you're not going to do. You could also mention that sometimes, people just part ways.

Tell her that you don't want to be friends w/ her because of her drug use.
