what if i did pushups everyday?

so im not very strong but i started doing about 30 pushups a day what would be the result of me doing 200 everyday for a month? im curious and will it only affect my arms or slim me down a bit too

Do 30 push-ups at a time, and repeat it about 3 times a day. It will strengthen your muscles in your arms, your shoulders, back and abdomen. One of the nice things about push-ups is that they increase the size of your pectoral and deltoid muscles. You will only see a slight change after 30 days, and a much greater difference after 6 months.
