My cousin got a golden apple snail and 1 is active but the other one is not wanting to come out help?

The snail has like a transparent substances coming out of him and he's like a bit opened like he tries to come out and fails how can i help it or what's going on I already tried to put food he goes and grabs it but fails and just goes back help on how i can tell her wat to do

If you think your snail is dying, take it and crush on the pavement. Leave it there to rot. Don't leave it on the grass, dirt, or water. Golden snails are very hardy and they multiply very fast.
If only you can come to where I am, here in the Philippines, and get all the golden snails from our rice paddies. You can get them for free. We'd even feed you for lunch and dinner if you care to stay a while. You see, they're pests here and we spend millions of dollars in moluscicides and man hours just to get rid of them.
