Should some-ones music preference effect the way they're treated?

I love listening to Metal and rock, I just love it! I also listen to other music I like 60s Boney M Supremes, Beyonces awsome! But I get severly severly picked on and isolated by "gangsta,s" Im out numbered. They call child services on me they call me a dirty whore after theyve slept with everyone in town they make up stories to the police and theyre listened too they even get paid cos they dont work and they have alot of money. I got ganged up on by 3 native woman and they threw shit everywhere then attacked me punched my face kicked my head punched my head heaps., Then the cop said "I went to school with her ill have a little chat" no charges! Is This normal? I only ask because there should be a line drawn when it comes to freedom of speech. And then artists get the blame when some people choose to personally behave like children fighting a fight that isnt theirs to fight. I should be allowed to hit them back without being charged and going to jail shouldn't I?
