Coffee question, please help?

I go to Mcdonald's to get cappuccino, and they always ask if I want it to have "full cream milk", and I think this costs extra.

1.
I am not coffee expert and I am just confused, shouldn't cappuccino come with milk anyway, because this is the definition of cappuccino, containing some proportion of milk?

2.
I am also trying long black coffee, and I think it is a bit strong. Would it be strange if I ask them to add milk to my long black coffee? Does long black coffee with milk make sense or would that make it another type of coffee.

Thank you, again, I'm no coffee expert, and your help is appreciated.

It is not unusual for guests to request skim milk in their cappuccino, Whole milk is standard, and if you're not watching your fat intake, say yes, you want full cream. There should be no upcharge for this. If you want coffee with milk, order it with milk.
You're the customer, ask for what you want.

If you are looking for GOOD coffee, don't get it from a fast food joint.

The only reason that people think Starbucks coffee is any good is because they believe the advertising that tries to convince them that SCORCHED coffee is "good coffee."

If you want to buy your coffee by the cup, find a coffee house that has quality coffee and knows how to prepare it properly!

I prefer to purchase quality whole bean coffee, make it at home in my French Press, and drink it black.
