Where does the sun go at night?

The Earth is a giant ball that is spinning, and the sun is an object very far away from it. When it is night time, it means that the spot on the Earth where you are standing has spun to the far side of the ball, away from the sun. The other side of the ball is now being lit by the sun.

When you experience night at any point on the Earth the Sun has gone nowhere. The Earth rotates and at any moment in time there are parts of the Earth facing away from the Sun. Because of this there is no natural light, i.e. darkness, which in English we call "night".

It doesn't move from day to night. Our view changes as the Earth turns on its axis. When it is midnight say, in London, it is midday in Australia.

The Sun does not go anywhere, Earth is ROUND and Rotates. The spot your standing on ROTATES around so you are facing away from the Sun. It is called Night.

NOWHERE.

It stays were it always is - in the middle of the solar system - and we turn our backs on it so it shines on the other side of earth. You do know that earth is the one that moves, right? Not the sun.
