It was mentioned, but it was inaccurate and embarrassing to her, since it's expected that foreign countries spy on each other, but not that it spies on its own citizens without reason. Of course we know that there was no spying on Trump and that England is pretty insulted at the thought that it would do so on an Americans say-so, but Trump wouldn't know about that. Those security briefings are just too boring for him
