I like documentaries involving social justice, and would really like to watch a documentary about racism towards Asian Americans, if anyone knows any.

i don't know any about the subjects you mentioned, but Touching the Void and Grizzly Man are both good documentaries

The Real Miyagi (2015) - about the life of Fumio Demura, the greatest karate master of a generation and the inspiration behind Pat Morita's character in "The Karate Kid". It talks about him coming to America and some of the prejudice he endured but also his influence on so many martial artists and action stars.
