You can try recuva (google it) and see if it can get anything back for you

If it has just been formatted and you have not written other data to it Recuva should recover all your data.
It does not present the results clearly but as it will recover everything you will have to go through it.
When you start to recover data do it to another drive as you will probably overwrite the data you are trying to recover
