Lots of cranberry juice & water or go to Wal-Mart & buy some cranberry vitamins. It's proven to clean out your system! Make sure that you're wearing underwear that are 100% cotton. Also, invest in buying the body wash Vagisil, it's a femine hygeine product made for women in that area. Gentle & delicate to use on your skin. Monostat is a reccomenation too! It's over the counter as well & be careful not to use strong scented soaps or anything that could irritate your skin, especially in the genital region. If it continues longer than a week or two just go to the doctor, but I'm sure if you follow those basic examples, you should be just fine(:

Get over the counter medication such as Monistat. You can find them at Rite Aid, Walgreen, Target, etc., in the feminine hygiene department. Follow the directions and use the med as long as the package says to use it.
