And a bogus marriage like this is going to cost your US-citizen spouse 5 years in prison (can be up to 10 yrs, depending on charges), plus $250,000 fine. Add in court costs, legal fees, lost wages, etc, and you are looking at a bill of about $500,000. Are you paying those costs?
