Hey everyone. Trying to figure out what this symbol means for a project of mine. First right answers gets 10 points!?

This is a Chinese word. Its basic meaning is “flat”.
Basically, We rarely use one word like “平” to complete a phrase. For example, if the road is flat, we would say the road is “平坦的” or “很平”，or at least "平的"。Sometimes we can put some words behind “平” to make it meaningful, for example “路平專案” – A project to make the decrepit road flatten.
“和平” means peace.
We rarely can make a phrase from one word. Few examples such as："好(行)" means ok, "可" means agree. I know in colloquial English, “done” is popular, but I can’t think of using one word has the same meaning as “done”.
