How long does it take if I take train to Diss Norfolk from London or Milton Keynes?I heard there is direct train? And how do I get there?

Moved to other country , Haven't come back to the UK for a while, not familiar with the directions and never been to Norfolk before....need some help lol

From Liverpool Street or Euston there are direct trains to Diss, it takes about an hour and a half.
There are no direct trains from Milton Keynes to Diss, you'd need to change at Euston; which will take about three hours.

Trains from London Liverpool Street Station to Diss are direct and run every 30 minutes.taking about 1 hour 40 minutes
Trains from London Euston Station to Milton Keynes Central run every few minutes and take from 30 to 50 minutes
