What does this Chinese sentence mean?

I don't care if you love me.
In Chinese culture, when a man says “I like you” to a woman,
It’s just a step away from saying “I love you”. Supposing the woman don’t like the man, she might reply (but actually seldom) “喜歡我也沒關係 - I don’t care if you love me”.
It's actually that she don’t want to make friend with him and don’t care how much hurt he might suffer.
