請問響酒樓給職員在店長及其他食客面前鬧痴筋，我可否報警告佢？我當時真的覺得十分被侮辱，其他食客唔知頭唔知路真係會以為我發神經！明明我乜都無做過，佢就鬧我！我是否可以告他誹謗呢？

俾人鬧痴筋，並不涉及刑事，警方都冇野可做；但如果你有閒錢，又有大把時間，咪搵律師入稟，民事起訴佢誹謗囉；但要注意，如果告佢唔入，你不單要輸堂費，仲有可能被對方索償架！
