1. I took notes during the presentation.
did; had; put; are all wrong. It does not make sense to write, '...I did notes...'. We do not 'do' notes. We 'make' notes, or we 'take' notes.
2. Did you take notes at the last meeting?
memos; reports; points; are all wrong. We do not take 'memos' at a meeting. Memos are written in a different place than at a meeting. Neither do we take 'reports', because they, also, are written in a different place. To take 'points' at a meeting does not, also, make sense. You might 'receive' or 'give' points, but certainly not at a meeting.
3. As you can see in our publicity brochure, we offer a number of services.
form; notice; report; are all wrong. A 'brochure', by its nature, is a publicity item. A publicity 'form' is not the word to use, because a form is what we fill in [fill out, if you are studying American English] when we have to give information to someone. A publicity 'notice' does not fit, here, because a notice gives information to those who care to read it, rather as a poster does. A publicity 'report' is, likewise, unsuitable. A report is an account of something that has - usually - already happened, such as: a report on the last general meeting; a report on the state of the company's finances.
I wish you well.
