I'm a female socially outcast her whole life. What can I do to make it better?

There is at least one person who wants to know you and will listen to you someone you trust and who trusts you i suggest you change the labels you apply to yourself rather than be a "social outcast" i wonder if you are reserved that you find most people boring and are looking for someone you are comfortable with that you trust look around if you are old enough ignore age and talk to someone you find interesting
Enjoy your own company you don't need a lot of friends to enjoy life
