Private University, Public University, or Community College?

I've decided to go back to school to get a Masters in Psychology. I know where I want to go for my Masters, but need help choosing where to get my Bachelors. I'm a mom and work full time (will continue to do so) so this is a big decision.

The Private Christian University is the most expensive, however they have an accelerated Bachelors degree program where instead of getting my Bachelors in 4 years, I would be graduating in 2 1/2 years. This is the most intense program out of all my options, but I'm willing to make it work and feel that it would be the most beneficial time-wise as I would be able to get my Masters in roughly the same amount of time that it would normally take to get just a Bachelors. But I'm worried about the cost, and how credible a Bachelors degree in psychology would look from a small private christian university done in an accelerated program. Would this even matter?

The community college would of course be the cheapest option, which is the only huge plus about it. I used to attend this college before and it's not the best quality education, which is a bummer.

The Public State University is cheaper than the private school but I would have to attend for 4 years just to get my bachelors. I'm also not really into the school, it's just the closest big public university to me (everything else are small colleges for specific fields) and has the program that I want, so I guess it works.

What do you think is the best option? Opinions? Thanks for you input!

A mom who is working full time will have a very difficult time with an accelerated program. Go to the community college and then to the state university. No one ever asks where you spent your first two years they ask where you graduated from.
