Could Kennewick man have been a mixture of Siberian and southeast Asian?

I know Kennewick man had Siberian ancestry but according to anthropologist Doug owsley he had some caranial features matching that of soueast asians pacific coastal people or austronesian peoples could he have been the result of mongoloids and non mongoloids inter marrying?
