and A = pi r^2 where r = (0.274E-3) / 2 = 1.37E-4 m
A = pi (1.37E-4)^2 = 5.90E-8 m^2
so
R = 2.65E-8 ohm*m (3.4 m) / 1.37E-4 = 5.8E-4 ohm
