What to do when you have PE class and you have your period?

Don't judge! Half of the population has period. I'm 12 turning 13 and I have my period. What should I do if I have period and there's PE class? We have our own uniform..And is a white shirt that had our school logo on it and the black tight jogging pants. Will my pad be seen or noticeable? Will my but look big? No I cannot write a note or use tampon please help

You can double up on pads if you need to. Pads are really thin nowadays. When I was your age pads were an inch thick. May I ask why you cannot use tampons? Anyone, at any age as long as they have their period, can use a tampon. Menstrual cups are a great option as well, as they last up to 12 hours at a time.

Use the thin pads for heavy flow, the gel type with wings to hold them in place and no you wont see it, Good Luck
