Why isn't my brother coming back?

It's been a year since my brother died And he has still not respawned. Can someone tell me why?

Is his internet connection working properly? This could be the problem, if his internet connection is working properly, check yours.Also make sure you are in the same server

You can respawn him with eye of newt

Maybe he lost connection and broke his router because he was so mad
