I bought pills that are oval shaped, and I can't swallow
them. I tried drinking water with it, putting it inside food, putting my chin to my chest, everything and I still can't swallow them. All I can do is chew them( I know it's disgusting but that's the only way I can take them) please help!

Break them up into small pieces, try to swallow them with water that way.

Are you able to swallow whole, round pills? If so, then the hesitation is mental, not physical. You can grind them up (rather than chew them) or cut them up - just make sure you get all the little bits so that you get the proper dose.

Cut the pills in half and they will be closer to regular round pills.
