Current Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3220 @ 3.00GHZ, 3000 Mhz 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Pro Current Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 650

^ Will my pc be able to handle it? Games I plan on playing are mostly just Black Ops 2.

I play a lot of my XBOX One games on my PC every week - you stream it, but you haven't given enough info. You need Windows 10 to start with and you didn't bother saying how much RAM you have (the more the better, I've found). I definitely suggest using a wired ethernet connection, because wireless introduces lag and it can be pretty annoying.

Minimums:

At least 2 gigabytes of RAM
1.5 GHz CPU or faster
Network connection to your home network:
Best performance: Wired Ethernet connection
Good performance: Wireless – 5 GHz 802.11 N or 802.11 AC wireless access point
Limited performance: Wireless – 2.4 GHz 802.11 N or 802.11 AC wireless access point

While things are still tentative with Microsoft, they have started utilize the Unified Windows Platform (UWP) for PC & XBox One games... which will make some XBox One games available on PC, but you will need to have Windows 10 & can only be purchased through the Microsoft Store.

Not all games will have the XBox One - PC crossover, as it's up to the developer / publisher to decide if they want to make it available.

The Xbox 360 came out a bit more than a decade ago and there's still no 100% fully working emulator. Emulation is pretty demanding, and even a lot of very high end computers can't handle that kind of emulation.

If you're lucky, maybe in the next decade we may have something more usable.

If you want to play 360/One games, you need to get the console.
