They're all good, but I prefer linguini.
Whole grain shaped pasta. I like the spirals (rotini), or shells. In a tomato based sauce the shaped pasta just seems to hold the sauce together better. I also like pasta in other forms. Like, Noodles & Company, for example, has a dish I like called Japanese Pan Noodles, or used to, I haven' been there in a while. Some pastas work well in soups, too, of course.
