Can someone go to college just with a GED and without graduating high school?

Community college, yes. But most universities don't accept GED applicants.

Yes. All community colleges accept a GED to apply and many Univeristies do too

yes, but he or she would need to attain gen ed courses from a community college and then transfer to a four year university. When you transfer, the university is only interested in your community college grades, not high school.

Usually they need to go to a community college first. However a few 4 year schools would accept you if you have good SAT or ACT scores
