關於較早前發出的內部通告(備考編號: xxxx)事項，經過我處兩個月的工作及與海擎天業主協商，現安排如下:
大學將租用xxxx部份單位給員工，但預計入住時間有機會延至年底，因此經與xxx業主協商之後，同意xxx合約延至xxxx入住前，而延遲退宿期間之管理費將維持不變。請於3月10日前填妥下述之回條，以便落實單位數量。

此外；由於新住宅單位的租金價格有所提升，故新宿舍之管理費將稍微調整，變動如下:

Referring to previous internal affair of notice (memo# xxxx),with our two months' efforts and the negotiations of landlord of Hoi king Apartment Building Corporation the followings are details: our university's authority will rent part of xxxx units for personnel and that'll expect the accommodating period be delayed till end of this year; owing to this, negotiation had already been made with the landlord to postpone the date of contract prior to their occupations. As to the maintenance fee will be remaining unchanged during the period of postponement, please fill in the following application before March the tenth so as to recognize how many occupiers.
