In Oregon if you have a learners permit to drive can you register a vehicle in your name?

Title and registration are by age not license. Under 18 is a minor, may not own or sign contracts.

Nope. You can title the vehicle in your name but you cannot insure or register the vehicle until you are 18 years of age and a full license holder.

When you get a DRIVERS License. Be patient.
