What does the button do on this black Web 6600 mah do? I didn't get any instructions when I bought it?

Turn the outputs and control electronics on.
The output sockets are normally not powered and all the electronics are shut down when the unit is idle, so the battery is not run down for the sake of it.
If you have something connected to it to charge, it should then stay on as long as it is needed.

It does nothing unless you press it .
