How do I get my math teacher to change my grade?

My math teacher gave me 44/40 on a test and the grade is much lower in the grade. I have told him and given him well over 3 weeks to adjust it. He still hasn't done it. Should I keep asking or take it higher(If so to where?) ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS!!!

Just keep asking. First politely ask if there is some issue with the grade. Tell him your parents are upset about your grade and they don't believe that you got a 44/40 because it doesn't say that in the gradebook. If you have only asked once, it is quite possible he forgot. Some give him some more chances. Going "higher" will not accomplish anything. If it is a innocent typo, the teacher just needs a reminder.

If you want it fixed, pursue it it until you get what you want. Be assertive.
