Can i get hiv like this?

Hi iam 16 boy and one and half year ago i touched vagina with my penis and cu_ (not on vagina) .so is there any chance of getting hiv.

Not likely.
You would have to exchange of lot of blood or body fluids with an infected person in order to contract it.
