Females plz help- tampon question?

Learning to position them takes a bit of practice. Usually if it's painful going in it's because you've not yet figured out which angle works best for you (it's often more toward your front that you expect). If it's painful while you're wearing one it's because you've not put it in far enough (really common newbie mistake). If it's painful coming out it's because the absorbency is too high and it's not become saturated enough. Removing a dry tampon is sore. Virginity has nothing to do with it. The vagina is a stretchy muscular sleeve and all tampons are relatively small. It's just lack of practice on your part. Part of that trial and error is learning your cycle so you pick the right absorbency at the right time.
