Pregnancy test lines too close?

First there was 1 line the a while after a second line started to appear but it's not were it belongs it's closer to the control line, but there is a small gap

How long is "after a while?" You have to completely disregard any result that shows up after 10 minutes.
The test line is not right next to the control line either. This sounds more like a dye run to me.
